Shipping & Returns
Orders can be returned for a refund within (30) days of receiving it. All refunds will be for the product price paid and will not include any shipping fees. Refunds can only be returned back to the original payment method and cannot be issued in any other form. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Once we provide the authorization to return the item, please mail it back to us at the address listed below. If the product(s) is not received back within two weeks of giving the authorization, we will deny the return and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to get the product(s) back.
If an order is sent back for a refund and we do not receive it, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund. Because of this we strongly suggest keeping a tracking number and any other important documentation from the return shipment.

As of 4/16/21, all orders will ship within (5) business days of it being placed. This time frame starts the following business day that your order is placed. Handling time does not include the transit time that it takes for your order to arrive to you. That time will be based on the shipping method that you select at checkout.
Purchasing expedited shipping DOES NOT expedite handling time. This only speeds up the time that it takes for your package to arrive once it is shipped from our facility.
Orders Sent to the Incorrect Address
If you enter the incorrect shipping address you're responsible for any shipping related fees to get the order re-shipped back to you. This can only be re-shipped once the original order is delivered back to us. If you decide you do not wish to have the order re-shipped, your refund will be for the product cost, less any shipping fees. Refunds can only be issued once we receive the package and product(s) back.
Orders Placed for the Incorrect Size Holsters
If you place and order for the incorrect holster size you're responsible for any shipping fees to get the item back to us. Once we receive it we will issue a refund for the product cost, less any shipping fees. Order Cancellation Requests
Due to high email volumes please note that we cannot guarantee that we will get to your order cancellation requests before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, if it already has shipped, you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees to have the order sent back to us. Once it is received we will issue a refund for the product cost less any shipping fees.
Orders with Delivered Tracking Status that Have Not Been Received
In the event your orders tracking number states it has been delivered but you have not yet received anything, you must provide written confirmation from the carrier used confirming it was lost before we can ship another package.
