How can I change my shipping address?
We can change your shipping address if it has not already started to be processed or has left our facility. If either of these have happened, you will be required to pay the additional shipping fees to re-ship the package once it arrives back at our facility.
How do I know that my order has gone through?
If you have placed your order successfully it will give you an order number, as well as send you a order confirmation email to the one you provided when you entered your information.
How do I track my order?
Once an order is successfully placed it will wait to be shipped by our shipping department. When it is processed and leaves our facility you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This will include the tracking number and the carrier that it is shipping through.
What if I was charged but never received my order?
Did you receive an order number or confirmation email? Did any of your payment methods decline for any reason? If so, it is extremely likely your account will reflect a negative for the decline even though the funds never left your account. Your bank will typically reverse this within a few business days.

Can my order be returned?

No, clearance items are non-returnable.
